1. Purchase course.
2. Complete course.
3. When you have attained an overall score of 70% or greater, you will be prompted to fill in your personal information i.e.; insurance.
4. Lic number Submit completed form by clicking the "submit button".
5. You will be prompted to Print out your own Certificate of Completion. This Certificate is for your own records. Do not send it to the Department of Insurance. If you are unable to print, save a copy of the Certificate of Completion to your computer. If you do not print or save the Certificate of Completion, we will not receive a notifcation that you have completed the course, and in turn the Department of Insurance will not be notified.
6. LyteSpeed will report your CE hours to the Department of Insurance within 24-48 business hours. It will be dated the date that you submitted your course.
Undelivered Items
If you paid by your credit card and the activation link for the course you ordered does not arrive at the delivery email address you specified, please contact us. Be sure to mention as much information about the order as possible (order number) as well as an alternate delivery email address. You must provide a valid email address to receive a response from us.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Since our products are digital (web courses), there is no way to physically "return" the product. Because of this, we do not give refunds. You are allowed to exchange your purchase with other products of equal value a single time within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refund Policy Exceptions
The exception to this is an accidental charge for buying multiples of the same course. You will be mailed a check once the issuing bank of your card processes the transaction. This can take 4-6 weeks. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for a single course purchased or for multiple courses that have been accessed and viewed.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you see a charge by "LyteSpeed" on your credit card statement or your CheckCard account history, chances are you or a member of your family used your credit card or CheckCard to purchase one or more of our products.
If you are unable to recall making a purchase from us and have what appears to be an unauthorized charge, please contact Customer Service. If the charge turns out to be fraudulent, you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the purchase.
