The Liability Insurance department of our state-wide insurance brokerage is looking for a conscientious, reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated person to join our team. This position receives a wide variety of requests from our clients. Duties include general clerical duties, alpha/numeric data entry, processing account renewals, generating quotes and processing detailed paperwork in large volumes.
The individual holding this position must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. The ability to complete tasks with accuracy, efficiency and speed is important.
The ideal candidate will have office experience, proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook, and possess a general aptitude for computers and customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills also desired. Possession and/or ability to obtain a current Fire & Casualty license is required.
Experience with high volume data entry, accounting, medical office administration, HR administration or insurance administration is a plus.
