We use this information to ensure that the user receives credit with state licensing agencies for the Pre licensing and continuing education courses completed. LyteSpeed may also use this information to contact the user about services on our site. In order to take our courses, the user must provide unique identifiers (such as user name and password). A social security number and date of birth is required, as many state regulatory agencies, (Department of Insurance) require this information in the Course completion reports submitted.

• Cancellation

  Buyer's Right to Cancel - Due to the nature of online training courses we do not offer refunds once you have logged into the system. If you have not logged into the system you may request a full refund less a $25 non refundable processing fee by sending an email request to info@lytespeed.net Email requests for refunds must be received within the first 72 hours of registration. No refunds or credits are available after you have activated the course or after 72 hours from date/time of registration.
