Property and Casualty Insurance Continuing Education Courses with LyteSpeed Learning

Continuing education courses are required every two years for an agent to maintain their property and casualty insurance license. Those with a P&C license are required to complete 24 total hours in continuing education coursework, of which 21 are in P&C related topics and at least 3 are related to ethics.

You are allowed to take 21 hours of almost any courses that interest you as long as it has been approved by the state as a continuing education course for P&C license holders. You can mix and match, choosing the courses you’d find most useful.

Please note: Some courses are required to sell specific products. For example, those planning on selling homeowners insurance will have to complete a mandatory 4 hour course in homeowner’s valuation.

All LyteSpeed Online courses are compliant with the California Insurance Code Section 2188.2(k)

LyteSpeed Learning is one of California’s premier, approved providers of CE Courses in Property & Casualty insurance, with classes specifically designed to help you complete your CE requirements and maintain your P&C licensure. Our commitment is to offer clear, comprehensive courses designed to ensure compliance and enhance your professional expertise.

Note: It is essential to ensure that the course you select corresponds with your specific License type. If you possess a Property and Casualty License, you are eligible to enroll in courses within the Property and Casualty and Ethics categories. If you hold both a P&C and a Life/Health license, you can do courses in all categories. Just remember at least 3 credits MUST be in an Ethics category.
