Azar Khazin Insurance Agency, Inc., with Farmers Insurance, is looking for someone looking for a career in insurance sales and customer service in the San Fernando Valley. We have an amazing team and offer great service, and are looking for someone that is ready to join our team and take on new clients and sales in the short and long term.

We offer a starting salary of $40,000 to $60,000 plus commission, and are here to help you with any additional training, advice, and more that you may need. We’re specifically looking for individuals that are ready and to:

•             Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

•             Provide accurate information about products, services, and policy details.

•             Assist customers with policy endorsements, billing questions, and other service requests.

•             Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and maintain accurate records, including Statements of Values (SOVs).

•             Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.

•             Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence.

•             Perform accurate data entry tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

•             Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.

•             Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services when appropriate.

•             Coordinate and support renewal processes and documentation preparation.
