We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer support abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as needed.
  • Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong customer support skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
  • Telemarketing/Cold calling

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour – If insurance licensed, pay will be higher

Expected hours: 40 per week
