About Life Only Insurance Pre-Licensing at LyteSpeed Learning
California requires anyone that would like to be an insurance agent or offer specific insurance products complete courses and pre-licensing exams associated with those products. For those that want to offer only life insurance, this means applying for a life-only license.
We are approved to provide these courses (CDI Provider #65579), and have several packages available that meet all these requirements. Our packages include:

Some of our higher packages also offer text books and personalized Zoom courses for those that would like additional help. All prices include state roster fees, and you have 60 days of access to these course links after the date of purchase.
What Can You Sell with a Life Only License?
Life Only licenses are for those that prefer to be specialists in life insurance and related products. Those that complete the course work, pass the exam, and pay their licensing fees will be able to offer life insurance products, including:

- Whole Life Insurance
- Universal Life Insurance
- Fixed Annuities
- Indexed Annuities
Holding a life only license limits you to selling only life insurance, but you are allowed to complete other insurance pre-licensing courses if you’d like to offer other products in the future. For those that would like to consider selling additional insurance products now, we do offer a combination course that provides additional coursework for other licenses, such as Accident, Health or Sickness and Property/Casualty.
